For the purpose of sustaining, preserving, and regenerating birds of prey and forest environments confirmed to exist at Honda Motor�fs new test course project site and adjacent areas, we established a committee on March 8, 2007, to investigate, deliberate policies based on the results of that investigation, and make suggestions to the local government and the operating entity, Honda Motor.

The committee is called the �gNature Conservation Review Committee Meeting Focusing on Birds of Prey and Forest Concerning a New Test Course Development by Honda Motor.�h

To achieve the purpose above, the committee will:

1. Deliberate on and suggest plans for the investigation required to grasp the habitat of birds of prey at the project site and adjacent areas, and evaluate the results of such investigation.
2. Deliberate on and suggest plans for the investigation to grasp the forest environment at the project site and adjacent areas, and evaluate the results of such investigation.
3. Deliberate on and suggest, based on the results of investigation, means required to sustain, preserve and regenerate the birds of prey and forest environment.
4. Deliberate on and suggest plans for monitoring investigation during construction and after shared use.
